"You", "User", and "Customer" refer to any individual accessing or ordering products via our mobile application or website.
2. Account Registration & Security
- To place orders, you may be required to register an account by providing accurate personal details including your name, delivery address, and active phone number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and OTP verification credentials.
- Shetkari Mall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent or incomplete information.
3. Product Pricing & Quality Variance
- We strive to display accurate pricing, descriptions, and stock status for all items including fresh produce, grains, pulses, dry fruits, and spices.
- Because fresh farm produce (fruits, vegetables) varies naturally in shape, color, and size, actual delivered items may slightly differ from website/app thumbnail images.
- Prices for agricultural produce fluctuate according to market dynamics and farm yields. Prices applicable to your order are those stated at the time of order confirmation.
4. Payments & Payment Gateway Security
- We accept online payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and Wallet transactions via RBI-authorized payment gateways.
- By completing a transaction, you authorize our gateway partners to charge the selected payment method for the total invoice amount.
- All payment transactions are encrypted using secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards. Shetkari Mall does not store your card details, CVV, or banking passwords on its servers.
5. Order Acceptance & Shipping
- Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. Shetkari Mall reserves the right to accept or decline orders based on product availability, delivery location, or fraud risk.
- Standard delivery timelines and slots are displayed during checkout. Delays caused by weather, road blockages, or force majeure events will be communicated promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding assets, artwork, text, and graphics present on the Shetkari Mall platform are the intellectual property of Shetkari Mall. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Panvel / Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
